This includes 3 sessions that will evaluate your capabilities:
Your very first session is an all out strength and flexibility assessment. It is also a timed circuit for the purpose of a re-evaluation so that in 4 to 6 weeks the gains you've established are clearly indicated. This is to boost your moral and to let you know your hARD work is paying off.
Your second session is a cardio assessment that determines, not only your capabilities, but where you stand on a heart health level according to NASM (very important) which is called the Cooper Test. The Cooper Test consists of a 1.5 mile run/walk/crawl to the finish at which point your recovery heart rate can be determined and logged for future re-assessments.
Your third session demonstrates how a professional circuit is put together and provides you with a better understanding of how the process works as well as how to properly perform each individual exercise. Starting your transformation, the usual approach for beginners is a 3 set circuit training which then allows you to progress to higher levels as you become more capable.
Once we accomplish these 3 phases we can then discuss what package will best fit your individual needs according to your budget, time commitment and availability.
