Prior to your first session, you will meet with me to discuss your personal health/fitness goals. After gaining a better understanding of each clients fitness objectives, I design a circuit that tests your basic physical abilities, at which point, I will recommend a program specific to your physical capabilities, time commitment and the desired outcome you ultimately seek to achieve.
